Meet Cheryl

Cheryl, with over 15 years of experience, lives in the Sacramento area of California. She is married, has three highly successful daughters and four handsome grandsons. An avid dog lover, with 3 of her own and a small dog sitting business, she opens her home to other dogs to provide love and peace of mind when their owners go on vacation. Cheryl is a diligent worker, dedicated and driven with a strong passion for bookkeeping with focused specialization in payroll. She understands the importance of deadlines and accuracy of records and brings comfort and reliability to small business owners. In her free time, she loves to watch TV, clean, cruise and go shopping.

Meet Jessica

Jessica, daughter of Cheryl, serves as the “Plus” side of the business. With a Bachelor’s in Accounting and over 20 years of experience, Jessica is confident and ready to handle more intensive financial needs. A married mother of 2 boys, Jessica is energetic and ready to focus on you and your small business. She brings an accredited education and has held various financial positions from accountant to controller. She is eager to bring this level of experience and expertise to meet your company’s needs. She works hard with the team on tackling all client situations from new client set up and organization to seasoned clients, new loans and changes in their industry thru their financial reports. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her family, watch her favorite TV shows and go wine tasting with her girlfriends.

Meet Rebecca

Rebecca, niece of Cheryl and cousin of Jessica, joined the family owned business in January 2019. She is a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor and is currently taking an Accounting Fundamentals course to further her education. She is a super-fast learner and has become a huge part of the company and is the heart and face of Balanced Books on a daily basis. She is excellent at customer service and is always willing to help. Rebecca is ready to use her natural organization skills to make your books even cleaner. Rebecca is a Veterans wife and mom of one. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking and is an avid Disney fanatic.

Meet Sarah

Sarah joined the team 2 years ago in February 2018. She is a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor and has a Degree in Interior Planning and Design. With her keen eye and calm demeanor she can take a step back and view your books from the outside in so it makes sense and is easy to read. Sarah is an animal lover and proud mother to an adorable rescued 2 year old rabbit. She has a love for the Arts and the Ocean and her Dutch Brothers. In her spare time, she enjoys watching television, baking, and camping with family.

Meet Enrica

Enrica is an accountant and has been a part of the team since September 2019. She has quickly become a great team player and willing to help with projects and month end close tasks. She is great at creating procedures and manuals for our clients and helps in the training and implementing of new client work. She has been in accounting for over 15 years and is currently working on her certification for Quickbooks Online. Enrica loves to bake and spend time at home with her family and grandsons when she can.
